Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and hygiene liners are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
